Sinabi ni National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Menardo de Lemos na nasa kustodiya na nila si Cedric Lee matapos itong boluntaryong sumuko sa kanila nitong Huwebes, Mayo 2, ng gabi.
Ito ay matapos ibaba ng Taguig City Regional Trial Court (RTC) ang hatol na “guilty” laban kay Lee, ang model-girlfriend nito na si Deniece Cornejo, at mga kasamahang sina Simeon Raz and Frederick Guerrero, sa kasong serious illegal detention for ransom kaugnay sa naganap na pananakit kay Navarro.
Sa kasalukuyan, tanging si Guerrero na lang ang pinaghahanap ng mga awtoridad dahil sina Cornejo at Raz, na kapwa dumalo sa promulgation ng kaso, ay agad na dinala sa Women’s Correctional facility sa Mandaluyong City at New Bilibid Prisons (NBP) sa Muntinlupa matapos ibaba ang hatol ng korte.
