Ito ang kinumpirma ng abogado ni Ruffa Mae na si Attorney Mary Louise Reyes,
Ayon kay Reyes, kinasuhan ang komedyante ng investors ng skin care company na Dermacare dahil sa 14 counts na paglabag ng Section ng Securities Regulation Code.
Nilinaw naman ni Reyes na hindi large-scale estafa ang kinakaharap na kaso ni Ruffa Mae gaya ng sa kaso ni Neri.
“We appreciate the overwhelming support, as well as your understanding and continued trust in Ms. Quinto during this challenging time,” saad ni Reyes.
Matatandaang Nakakulong si Neri sa Pasay City Jail dahil sa kasong large-scale estafa.
