Mutya ng Pilipinas Pampanga candidate Geneva Sarita Lopez and her Israeli boyfriend Yitshak Cohen have been reported missing since June 21.

According to the Angeles City police office, Lopez and Cohen were taking up residence in Barangay Malabanias in Angeles City.

The beauty queen had told her relatives that they were going to Capas, Tarlac to meet up with someone who they had a property transaction with in 2021.

Since Friday afternoon, relatives and friends have been unable to make contact with Lopez, 27, and Cohen, 37,

Lopez is among the official candidates set to compete in this year’s Mutya ng Pilipinas Pampanga 2024, representing Sto. Tomas, Pampanga.

The organization clarified that it had no official schedule of activities last Friday because the day was allotted as rest time for the candidates.

“The Mutya ng Pilipinas Pampanga Organization assures the public on the frequent monitoring with police authorities for any updates regarding her whereabouts,” the organization said. “We enjoin the public to assist us in any information that might lead to the resolution of this case.”

The organization has also asked the public to continue praying for the safety of Lopez and her boyfriend.
