Isang bagong low pressure area ang namataan malapit sa Philippine area of responsibility.
Ayon sa Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, namataan ang LPA sa 1,830 kilometro Silangan ng Southeastern Luzon.
Gayunman, maliit ang tsansa na maging bagyo ang LPA sa susunod na 24 oras.
Namataan ang LPA habang kumikilos ang bagyong Marce patungo sa West Philippine Sea.
