Lily Monteverde, founder of Regal Entertainment, has passed away. She was 85 years old.

Goldwin Monteverde, UP Fighting Maroons head coach and son of Monteverde, confirmed the news to GMA News Online.

Monteverde, more commonly known as Mother Lily, was the matriarch of film production company Regal Entertainment, known for the films like “Scorpio Nights,” “Shake, Rattle, & Roll,” “Relasyon,” “Mano Po,” among others.
